Once the appraisal is complete, your vehicle will be taken to one of our trusted independent garages for a mechanical inspection, typically completed within 24-48 hours. If any repairs are needed, they will be carried out at our trade prices, which will be deducted from the final invoice - meaning you won't have to pay anything upfront. Throughout the entire process, you remain in control. We will always seek your consent before proceeding with any work, ensuring you have the final say every step of the way.

Step 2: Fully Valeting & Advertising your vehicle

Once your vehicle has been fully valeted, our in-house photographer will capture up to 40 high-quality images and a walk-around video to showcase it at its best. To maximize its selling potential, we will create a fully bespoke advertisement designed to enhance your car's online exposure.

Can I take my vehicle back at any time?

Yes, as the registered owner, you can collect your car at any time. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can notify any potential buyers with scheduled appointments.

Is there a fee if I change my mind?

If you withdraw your car within 30 days or less, a £250 fee will apply. This covers advertising costs and lost opportunities during the selling process.

How long will it take to sell my vehicle?

While we cannot guarantee an exact timeframe, our average sales time is 14 days from the initial advertisement to the handover to the new owner.

Will my vehicle be insured while in your possession?

Yes, all vehicles in our care are fully covered under our £5 million comprehensive insurance policy.

Who is responsible for preparation costs?

All pre-agreed preparation costs are the responsibility of the vehicle owner. These costs will be deducted from the final amount returned to you once the car is sold.

What if I don't want to pay for preparation costs?

That is entirely your choice. However, skipping necessary preparations may limit potential buyers, as your car may not meet the expected retail standards.

What happens if my car doesn't sell within 30 days?

While we make every effort to sell your car, we cannot guarantee a sale within a specific timeframe. We continuously monitor and adjust the advertisement to keep your car competitively priced.

Are there any hidden costs?

Absolutely not. All fees and charges are fully disclosed, and any preparation costs are agreed upon before the contract begins.

When can I expect to be paid?

Payments are made within 24 hours of sale.
